I started calling the Sürat Kargo Headquarters phone number, **** 410 30 30, on 05/23/2024 at 10:10 AM, and my call, which has been ongoing for 20 minutes, remains unanswered. As I write this message, my call is still on hold. I've encountered this problem when trying to reach various branches and headquarters' phone numbers. Additionally, when I tried to inquire about my shipment, an employee at the İzmir Çiğli branch responded in a dismissive manner, addressing me informally and abruptly ending the call by suggesting I file a complaint elsewhere, instead of assisting with my query about the status of my package.
