Sürat Kargo Delayed My Package at the Transfer Center for 11 Days with No Update
My package with tracking number 48672173950239 has been stuck at the transfer centre since November 1, 2024, and after 11 days, there’s still no update. I’ve been trying to call the local branch, but I can’t seem to get through. I’ve been trying to reach Sürat Kargo’s customer service for a week, and every time I call, they say my package will be delivered “as soon as possible.” But 11 days isn't really "soon." The customer service team hasn't really done anything to fix this problem, and I'm still stuck without any clear answers or solutions. This wait is way too long, and I need more help to sort it out.
