On 15/11/2024, a food package was sent via Sürat Kargo, but as of 19/11/2024, it still hasn’t been delivered and is reportedly stuck in a transfer vehicle. I reached out to the branch to enquire about the delivery timing, and I was informed that it might take an additional two days. This means the delivery of a simple package will take at least seven days. This delay is simply unacceptable, particularly for perishable items such as food that need to be delivered quickly to prevent spoilage. The inefficiency and lack of accountability have led to unnecessary inconvenience, leaving me feeling disappointed with the service I anticipated relying on. I hope Sürat Kargo takes steps to improve their delivery processes for future customers.
