I Was Charged a High Return Fee for a Package That Never Reached the Store

I returned a product to the store I purchased it from for an exchange. When I tracked the shipment using the tracking number, I saw that the package was sent back to me a week later. It never reached the store, and they decided on their own to return it to me. When I contacted the store, they said they had no knowledge of this and told me, "We didn't initiate a return shipment to you." Even though the store has a contract with Sürat Kargo and I should have paid ₺200 for shipping, I was charged ₺1,071. A shipment was made in my name, yet I can’t reach anyone responsible. I am requesting a refund of the excess amount I paid or a resolution to this situation—otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Board.
