Sürat Kargo Delivered Wrong Address - Trendyol Order Lost

I placed an order via Trendyol from the store named Beniizle Consept, and the shipment was sent with Sürat Kargo. However, my cargo was not delivered to me; it was delivered to an unknown address without even informing me. When I later checked, I was told that it had been delivered somewhere else. We went to the address they mentioned, but my cargo was not there. My shipment tracking number is 20619467167061. This incident occurred on Tuesday, December 2. During this period, I contacted both Sürat Kargo and Trendyol customer service. Sürat Kargo only said that they could create a complaint record and asked me to call the branch. When I called the branch today, the staff there behaved in a disrespectful way, almost mocking me, and still did not offer a solution. Trendyol, on the other hand, first said “it may be with your neighbor” and gave me a 5-day waiting period, and I was only able to create a complaint today. I do not accept being asked to wait while my shipment is clearly lost and was delivered to an address I do not know. The order amount was approximately ₺1,200, but more importantly, it contained a special personal item that is now lost. I am not being called, my cargo is not brought to me, and no one is taking responsibility for finding it. I request that my cargo be urgently found and delivered to me, or if it is indeed lost, that my fee be refunded without further delay. I also request that the attitude of the branch I called, where I felt I was being mocked, be examined.
