My Trendyol Package Lost - I Got No Refund

The product I ordered through Trendyol was supposed to be delivered by Sürat Kargo, but my package was lost. Neither Trendyol nor Sürat Kargo is taking responsibility for processing the refund. My package was lost at the Sakarya transfer center, and Sürat Kargo’s Kocaeli branch has provided no solution. I am requesting a refund, but Trendyol needs to update the system status to indicate that the package was lost, and they are making this process unnecessarily difficult. Losing my package and then failing to take responsibility during the refund process has caused significant inconvenience. This situation has completely shaken my trust in Sürat Kargo.
