We sent a package to a customer through Sürat Kargo. They delivered a product worth ₺650 without placing it in a cargo b...ag, causing the package to tear on the way. Since it was a knitted item, it got covered in dirt and dust from the truck bed, and the customer refused to accept it and returned it.
