Sürat Kargo Overcharged Me and Didn't Redistribute My Product After Initial Delivery



I shipped a product from Izmir Torbalı to Konya Selçuklu using Sürat Kargo. According to the post, the fee initially mentioned was ₺220, but the receiver was later asked to pay ₺490, which seemed like an attempt to overcharge. Initially, the product was delivered for ₺220, but within just 10 minutes, the cargo driver returned and took the product back to the branch. The Torbalı branch acknowledged the error and promptly rectified it by paying the difference. However, the Karatay branch failed to redistribute the product as required. The product, which seemed to have been delivered, was finally received by the sender 9 days later with the assistance of the branch employees. However, they were asked to pay a return fee of approximately ₺700. Due to a lack of communication and failure to rectify their mistakes, the cargo company wasted both of our products and charged us an additional return fee. We encountered numerous issues due to an error made by the employees of the company, for which we took responsibility. I would like to inquire about the cost of the unused items and the process for receiving a refund. If they hadn't acknowledged their errors, they wouldn't have made the necessary payment. Additionally, there is an issue with the lack of communication between the branches, resulting in the inability to return and redistribute the product.
