Sürat Kargo Delivered My Package Damaged and Made Me Pay a Return Fee




We sent a package to a customer through Sürat Kargo. They delivered a product worth ₺650 without placing it in a cargo bag, causing the package to tear on the way. Since it was a knitted item, it got covered in dirt and dust from the truck bed, and the customer refused to accept it and returned it. On top of that, I had to pay a ₺112 return fee, adding to my loss. I suffered financially both from the product not selling and from the return process. This happened due to the irresponsibility of your employees, and I expect my loss to be compensated immediately. It is unacceptable for me to bear the consequences of something I did not cause. If this is not resolved, I will take legal action.
