If Superprof keeps charging your card after you cancelled, first make sure you’ve fully cancelled your Student Pass or Premium subscription from your dashboard (in “Student Pass”/“Premium” tab) so it doesn’t renew automatically, as Superprof’s system will keep charging until that subscription is deactivated.
If charges continue after cancellation, contact Superprof support and ask them to stop future payments and delete your card information from their system.
Some users report ongoing withdrawals despite believing they cancelled, so insist on confirmation that your subscription is fully ended and request a refund for unauthorized charges.
If support won’t help, we encourage you to offer your opinions or submit your complaints free of charge.
