If Supercell has unjustly terminated your Clash of Clans account and ignored your complaints, you can appeal by contacting their support team directly.
Start by using the in-game help feature or visit the official Supercell Support page (https://supercell.helpshift.com/a/clash-of-clans/).
Provide detailed information about your account, including your player tag, clan name, and the reason given for the termination. Clearly explain why you believe the termination was unjust and request a review.
If you don’t receive a response or are unsatisfied with it, send an email to [email protected], referencing your previous complaint and attaching any evidence that supports your case.
You can also reach out via Supercell's social media platforms, such as X (@Supercell), for additional visibility.
