Boom Beach Account Permanently Banned Without Reason

I have been playing Boom Beach for many years with my account linked to the player code #VRVJR*** and the in-game name “D*** E***” On 26.05.2026, I received a message stating that my account had been permanently banned due to “account purchasing, transfer, or sale attempts.” I was extremely surprised by this decision because I have always played this account myself and have never engaged in buying, selling, or transferring any account. During this time, I regularly made in-game purchases such as Boom Pass and instant troop training, always through official channels, and I have payment receipts for all of these transactions. In other words, I have consistently supported the game financially and have always followed the rules. I believe my account was flagged by mistake and that this permanent ban is unjust. I kindly request a detailed review of my account , correction of any error if present, and reactivation of my account. I am ready to provide purchase receipts or any additional information if needed.
