I Face Unfair Permanent Ban on My Supercell Brawl Stars Account Without Any Reason

I am requesting the immediate removal of an unjust permanent ban placed on my Brawl Stars account (Player Tag: #JRCY0*). I have no idea why my account was banned, as I have never engaged in any behavior that violates the game rules. For the past 30–35 days, I didn’t even have access to my phone, so I wasn’t playing at all. When I recently tried to log in from another device, I was shocked to see a message stating that my account had been permanently banned.

I have invested both money and significant time into this account, and I would fully accept the penalty if I had actually broken a rule. However, since I have not committed any violations, I believe this action is unfair and unjustified.

I ask Supercell to urgently review my account, lift this wrongful ban, and restore my access to the game. My years of effort and progress should not be erased without a valid reason. I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.
