Supercell Support Not Helping, My CoC Account Stuck on ‘Account Disabled’ Loop

For about 1 to 1.5 years, I’ve been dealing with a serious issue in Clash of Clans. Whenever I try to log into the game on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (and on iOS devices in general), I get a message saying “your account is disabled.” When I tap “OK,” it takes me right back to the same screen, and I’m unable to switch to another account or create a new one. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
My account username is “d****e”, my player tag is #22QO**, and the registered email address is [email protected]**. My Player ID is “e**”**. I also have valuable in-game items on this account.
I’ve contacted Supercell customer support many times throughout this process, but all they did was tell me to delete and reinstall the game—something I had already tried repeatedly with no effect. The issue is still ongoing, and nothing has been done to resolve it.
I expect Supercell to fix this issue and allow me to access my account properly, including being able to switch accounts when I log in. I urgently request a solution to this long-standing problem.
