Clash of Clans Account Locked After Email Account Was Stolen

Approximately three years ago, my email address was stolen, and during that period, other people gained access to my Clash of Clans account. I was able to recover my email address one or two weeks later, but when I tried to access the game again, I discovered that my account had been locked. Since early 2024, whenever I try to log in to my account, I receive a message stating that the account is locked and that I need to contact the support team.

For a long time, I have been trying to contact Supercell Support to recover my account, but I am constantly redirected to an automated bot. Without even asking me proper questions, the bot claims that I am not the owner of the account and ends the support process. I have also attached a screenshot of this situation. This has become both extremely frustrating and disappointing because my case is being closed with an automated response without anyone taking the time to hear the details.

My only request is for my account (#9R2YL2Y98) to be reviewed by a real Supercell representative and for a human support agent to contact me. I am ready to provide any information requested and as many details as possible to prove that I am the legitimate owner of the account. Instead of automated responses, I want this issue to be carefully reviewed by a real person and to receive a final and clear response regarding my account.
