My Clash of Clans account has been locked for about a week due to "suspicious activity" after I changed my email and device. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I keep receiving the same response: "We could not verify your identity."
I no longer have access to my old email, but I provided proof of a payment associated with my new email. Unfortunately, this has been rejected without a clear explanation. I have invested significant time and resources into this account, and this situation is extremely frustrating.
I kindly request a detailed clarification of this issue and a resolution that allows me to regain access to my account. Support from Clash of Clans is urgently needed to resolve this matter.
