I Face Permanent Ban on Clash of Clans for Account Sharing I Didn’t Do

I’ve been playing Clash of Clans on my Android phone for a long time and have always enjoyed the game. However, three days ago, my account was permanently banned for allegedly being shared with others. When I try to log in, I receive this warning, and I have no idea why this happened.

My account includes in-game purchases such as the Gold Pass. While I occasionally logged in from different devices, I’ve always been the primary and only user of my account. So far, I haven’t been able to reach the support team or file an appeal regarding this situation.

I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and my account is linked to the email address j**@gmail.com.* I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the misunderstanding corrected, and my access restored.
