Wrongful Stall Ban on My Hay Day Account for Two Days

For the past two days, I have been facing a stall ban in Hay Day, even though I do not believe I violated any rules. No explanation has been provided for why this ban was applied, and it has negatively affected my overall gaming experience while restricting access to the account I worked hard to build. My account ID is #Q22JVJC98. I have not made any payments, but I have invested a great deal of time and effort into this account. I request that Supercell thoroughly review my account and remove what I believe to be an unfair ban. I urge you to resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can continue playing without restrictions.
