I Face Account Disabled Issue with Supercell Clash of Clans on iPhone
For nearly three months, I have been unable to access my Clash of Clans account on my iPhone. My account is linked to my Supercell ID, and my username was “Şahin” with a level of 85. Without any prior warning or valid reason, I suddenly started receiving an error message stating, “Your account has been disabled.” Since then, I have been completely locked out of the game.
Before this issue occurred, I had not made any recent purchases or engaged in any suspicious activity. I have also never violated any game rules. At this point, I have not yet contacted Supercell customer support, but I find this situation extremely frustrating, as it blocks me from months of progress and gameplay.
I request that Supercell immediately review and reactivate my account so I can resume playing. I expect a clear explanation for why my account was disabled and assurance that such an issue will not happen again in the future.
