Hay Day Level 110 Farm Inaccessible After Old Email Closed

I can no longer access my Hay Day farm on Supercell, which I spent years building up to Level 110. The farm is named "özgenin oğulları m ❤️ d" with player tag #R80C0PYY. Because the old phone number and email address linked to this account have both been closed, I am locked out completely.
I have official proof of ownership: a Google Play purchase receipt dated September 17, 2017, made through a Turkish Telekom mobile payment, with Google Play transaction code GPA.3368-7232-0302-51500. I also have up-to-date screenshots confirming the farm belongs to me.
Despite all of this, the automated bot in the in-game support section — called Supercell Automated Support — keeps getting tripped up by keyword filters every time I submit my invoice and evidence. It puts me in the same loop over and over, closing the conversation each time with "We were unable to verify that you are the original owner of this account." I have been completely unable to reach a real human representative at any point.
In 2026, being blocked from an account I spent years building — solely because of a bot wall, despite having an official digital purchase receipt — is simply unacceptable. I am demanding that Supercell officials urgently fix this broken automated support system, reach out to me directly, and transfer the Hay Day account in question to my current email address to resolve this situation. I want to make clear that if this is not addressed, I will continue to pursue every avenue available to me.
