Brawl Stars Account "#YUYV9UPJC" Security Locked for 25 Days
I am dealing with a serious injustice caused by an account lock in Brawl Stars by Supercell. My main account — player code #YUYV9UPJC, registered in-game as "Psfx_SD" — has been locked on supposed "security grounds" despite the fact that I have never violated any rules. I am the one and only legitimate owner of this account. It has always been used from my own device, in a completely normal and rule-compliant manner, and I received no warning or suspicious activity notification of any kind before it was locked.My account has been locked for approximately 25 days. Throughout this time I have reached out to Supercell's support team repeatedly — both through the in-game support system and via email. Despite all of this, not a single human representative has ever responded to me. Every ticket I submitted was closed within seconds by automated bot filters, and all I have ever received are automated replies. I do have official invoices from purchases I made through the Supercell Store. These payments were made through my Supercell Store account, which belongs to the same person as the "Psfx_SD" in-game account, and all of my personal details match across both.Despite having all of this official and legitimate documentation, seeing my invoices rejected by an automated system without any human review — and being treated as though I have done something wrong — has left me both deeply wronged and genuinely disappointed as a consumer. I am asking that a real customer representative from the Supercell Turkey team manually review the security lock on my account, taking into account my official invoices and order details, and lift what I firmly believe is an unjustified security lock so my account can be restored to active use as soon as possible. I have submitted all relevant purchase invoices confidentially in the attached images, visible only to the brand, and I am asking that my case be evaluated using my player code so this situation can be resolved.
