Supercell Locked My Active Brawl Stars Account by Mistake and Support Hasn't Responded in Hours

I was trying to locate and recover a Brawl Stars account I had previously lost, under the name "19SRC0378". While doing so, my actively used account "ırmaka05" was suddenly locked, and I was shown an on-screen message stating that my account had been locked.
I did not break any rules on my "ırmaka05" account — I was simply trying to recover my lost "19SRC0378" account. I believe the error originated from Supercell's own system, not from anything I did. The moment my account was locked, I contacted customer service through the in-game support section, explained that my "ırmaka05" account had been locked without any rule violation on my part, and asked for a swift response. Hours have passed and I still haven't heard back from anyone.
I am in a difficult position because an account I worked hard to build has been locked for no valid reason. I am asking that my "ırmaka05" account be reviewed immediately, that the unjustified lock be lifted, and that my access be restored. I am also requesting that my lost "19SRC0378" account be returned to me if at all possible.
