After our flight on January 10, 2025, with SunExpress flight XQ1650, we noticed serious damage to our suitcase the moment we picked it up at the baggage claim area. The suitcase we received at Frankfurt Airport had a clearly crushed corner, and this damage does not appear to be something that could occur through normal use—it looks like it happened during handling or transportation.

We wanted to report the damage at the airport, but we were unable to locate the damaged baggage office or the relevant desk, so we could not file a damage report at that time. As a result, we have not yet been able to submit an official claim to SunExpress. Nevertheless, I believe that responsibility for this damage lies with the airline that operated the flight.

I am requesting that SunExpress evaluate the condition of our damaged suitcase and, if possible, assist us either by repairing the suitcase or by replacing it with a new one of similar quality and features.
