I Face Luggage Damage on SunExpress Flight — Suitcase Broken After XQ9159 Trip
On October 22, 2025, during my SunExpress flight XQ9159, I discovered that my suitcase was broken when I arrived home. Since I did not notice the damage at the airport, I was unable to file a report at that time. Later, I contacted SunExpress customer service, but my claim was rejected on the grounds that no report had been filed at the airport.
However, the damage clearly occurred during the flight, and I should not be penalized for not noticing it immediately upon landing. I have photos of the damaged suitcase and can share them if requested.
I request that SunExpress compensate for my loss by providing a new suitcase to replace the broken one. I kindly ask the airline to resolve this issue promptly and address my grievance fairly.
