SunExpress Damaged My Luggage and Rejected My Claim Without Resolution
On September 13, 2025, during SunExpress flight number 09724216, my Polo World Def suitcase was both scratched and had a broken leg when I retrieved it at Antalya Airport. After noticing the damage post-flight, I reported it to the airport staff, who handed me a form and instructed me to submit a claim, which I did. I was informed that my complaint would be reviewed and resolved.
However, SunExpress rejected my claim, stating that the damage — the scratches and broken leg — did not qualify for compensation. Despite reaching out multiple times, I was only met with excuses and no resolution. My suitcase is now unusable, and I have not received any compensation or repair offer.
I request that SunExpress take responsibility for the damage caused during handling, and either repair or compensate me for my loss. I expect the airline to resolve my complaint promptly and restore my customer confidence.
