Sunexpress Flight Delay of 9 Hours and 55 Minutes

On July 23, our flight from Izmir A**** M******* Airport to Vienna was delayed by a full 9 hours and 55 minutes (the delay was actually over 10 hours but was adjusted). We waited at the airport from 09:00 to 21:30 on our wedding anniversary. We were only provided with hotel support, but we were told that compensation would be paid. All our museum tickets purchased through GET your guide in Vienna were wasted. We were devastated, and our money was wasted. No compensation is being paid, which is very unfortunate. While you can receive full compensation under European Union flight laws, you are left disappointed with Turkey-based flights. We urgently expect compensation from you, Sunexpress Airlines.
