Sunexpress Dusseldorf-Adana Flight: All Passengers' Luggage Left Behind

On July 25th at 20:50, we had a flight from Dusseldorf to Adana. The plane took off an hour late. Despite the delay, when we arrived in Adana, all the passengers (about 300 people) faced a terrible surprise. All our luggage was left in Germany. None of the passengers' luggage arrived. I called customer service multiple times, and they were so indifferent. One person said my luggage would arrive on the next flight, another was not sure. I've never seen such an unprofessional company in my life. Customer service didn't care at all. I traveled with my cat, and its medications were in the luggage. I couldn't access either its food or its medications. I waited stubbornly at the airport the next day. All the passengers were given incorrect information that the luggage would arrive with the Antalya flight. Even customer service was unaware of which flight the luggage would arrive on. We constantly encountered uncertain statements, and the attitude of customer service was so careless that I can't explain. It was as if every flight sent all passengers' luggage on another plane. And they have done this multiple times. Even the airport staff said they were tired of this situation. I live in Mersin, and since I had no place to stay in Adana while waiting for my luggage, I had to keep traveling to Adana. It was a completely bad situation. It's not normal to experience such stress on a vacation. Never again, never.
