SunExpress Damaged My Suitcase – Wheels Broken Off After Flight


I’ve flown many times, but this is the first time I’ve experienced receiving my checked suitcase without its wheels. It’s clear that the baggage handlers carelessly threw my brand-new suitcase, damaging it. It’s frustrating to see that there seems to be no respect for personal belongings anymore. When picking up your luggage, be sure to check every side carefully. I will pursue all possible avenues to ensure that SunExpress compensates me fully for the damage. I’m flying back this Sunday and am not in a position to buy a new suitcase. What am I supposed to do now? SunExpress, I expect a prompt resolution and full compensation for my damaged luggage.
