It’s clear that the baggage handlers carelessly threw my brand-new suitcase, damaging it. It’s frustrating to see that there seems to be no respect for personal belongings anymore. When picking up your luggage, be sure to check every side carefully. I will pursue all possible avenues to ensure that SunExpress compensates me fully for the damage.
