After traveling to Antalya on SunExpress flight XQ0131 on January 25, 2026, I noticed that the zippers on my suitcase were broken when I collected my baggage. I realized the damage immediately upon arrival and have been dealing with this issue for the past two days. I reported the damage at Antalya Airport and ensured that an official report was filed, and case number SUN-09880747 was opened. During my communication with SunExpress, I was told that I should have the suitcase repaired at my own expense and then submit the invoice to them. However, although my suitcase is a high-quality brand, there is no authorized repair service for this brand in Antalya. When I requested information about an authorized service, I was given the response, “We have already replied to you, and we have no further response,” and no alternative solution was offered. Due to the lack of an authorized repair service for my suitcase brand and the company’s dismissive “no further response” approach, I believe I have been unfairly inconvenienced. I am requesting that my damaged suitcase be replaced with a new one in a way that properly compensates for my loss and that this matter be handled with a more solution-oriented approach.
