I Face Damaged Polo Club Suitcase on SunExpress Flight from Ercan to Antalya

On August 28, 2025, at 10:40 a.m., I checked in my gray Polo Club suitcase in perfect condition on my SunExpress flight from Ercan Airport (Cyprus) to Antalya. When I arrived in Antalya around 11:30 a.m., I retrieved my luggage only to discover that the entire handle section was broken off and part of the case body was missing.
I immediately reported the issue to SunExpress staff at Antalya Airport, but instead of offering real assistance, they gave me dismissive responses. They claimed that luggage is always handled safely and suggested it might have already been broken before the flight. Their attitude was unhelpful, and no damage report was prepared. Since I had to exit the airport urgently, I was forced to leave without an official report and had to carry my broken suitcase in my arms on a trolley to my car.
This incident caused me significant inconvenience, and I strongly believe SunExpress should take responsibility for the damage. I am requesting that the airline either replace my suitcase with a new one or cover the cost of repair.
My flight details are: PNR RB3X38. I can be contacted at 0544*98 or o********@gmail.com**. I expect a prompt resolution and proper compensation for this issue.
