For my September 15, 2024 SunExpress flight XQ910A (PNR: CR39J4), I attempted to complete check-in through the mobile app, but despite entering all my details correctly, I kept receiving the error message “main element not found.” This prevented me from completing the process. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, but I have not received any response or assistance. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and if it is not resolved today, I risk being unable to check in for my flight and experiencing serious inconvenience. I urgently request that this issue be fixed immediately so that I can complete my check-in without further delays.
