SunExpress Damaged My Luggage Wheel Beyond Repair


On March 29, 2025, during the 10:30–12:45 Van–Antalya flight operated by SunExpress, I handed over my suitcase in perfect condition. However, when we landed in Antalya and went to the baggage claim area, I found that the wheel of my suitcase had been broken. The lost and found office simply handed me a piece of paper and sent me on my way. When I contacted SunExpress, they responded by saying the damage was repairable and that they would reimburse me if I had it fixed myself. Not only did they embarrass me in public by damaging my belongings, but now they expect me to deal with the hassle on my own. I’m filing a complaint and requesting compensation for my suitcase.
