SunExpress Airlines Misplaced My Baggage





My suitcases have gone missing! My textbooks, stethoscope, lab coat, clothes, makeup, and gifts are all in those bags. First, they had a problem with another passenger prior to the flight. Then they questioned everyone individually about their cabin luggage. The flight was over an hour late. My bags have gone missing since I landed. I'm in a lot of pain. I've been calling the phone number they gave me all day. They said the Frankfurt flight hadn't landed, then put me on hold, and I could hear them discussing where the bags might be after the plane landed at noon. What is the nature of this operational discipline? I'll notify every relevant authority!
