I am absolutely furious with SunExpress Airlines! My luggage never arrived in Düsseldorf, and I've been completely victimized by this. I was on the June 19, 2025, 3:55 PM flight from Gaziantep to Düsseldorf under the name Gökdeniz Umut B** with PNR T957G6. I personally handed my baggage over to airline personnel before the flight, yet it vanished.
I'm not the only one; many other passengers on that flight experienced the exact same problem. What's worse, SunExpress has provided no clear explanation and has done nothing to alleviate our distress. My personal belongings were in that suitcase, and this has caused significant issues for me.
SunExpress, you need to locate my luggage and deliver it to me immediately! I demand that my losses be compensated and a transparent explanation for this failure be provided. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action to reclaim my belongings and hold you accountable.
