SunExpress Airlines Fails To Update Their Systems For Pettravel From Dublin!
#sunexpress has not updated their system to travel with pets (>8kg) although Dublin Airport updated their live animal screening facility back on 30th January, 2024. I called @sunexpress Customer Services several times to notify them about the update and buy tickets for my dog to travel to Turkey from Dublin. They just need to make a small change in their system but they ignored my calls and emails for months. I need to book another ticket from THY fly with THY to Istanbul with my dog and then have a car travel for 6-8 hours to Izmir while the rest of the family will have a direct flight to Izmir. Please, update the system asap for several families with dogs to go back to Ireland!
