SunExpress Airlines Delayed My Flight and Failed to Refund the Delay Penalty
SunExpress Airlines changed the route because they could not fill the plane with enough passengers. As a result, they delayed the flight by 6 hours for Gaziantep passengers and 2 hours for Adana passengers. This decision caused significant inconvenience to everyone on board, disrupting their travel plans and schedules. According to civil aviation rules, they are obligated to pay a delay penalty within 10 days. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service for updates, there has been no response or acknowledgment of the issue. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable and adds to the frustration of the affected passengers. However, they have not taken any action or made the payment yet.
