SunExpress Airlines Delayed My Flight for Hours and Refused Any Compensation

SunExpress Airlines Gaziantep-Izmir flight scheduled for February 13, 2025, at 08:20 was first postponed from 11:30 to 13:30. Since I had to travel from Kilis by air, I was left stranded on the roads after leaving home early. The taxi fare was also unreasonably high, and I had to pay ₺1800. All my meetings and appointments in Izmir were disrupted, leaving me in a difficult situation. To make matters worse, there was no proper communication or support from the airline regarding alternative solutions. I received an email stating that there would be no compensation for the delay, even though it was beyond my control and caused significant inconvenience. How is this six-hour loss supposed to be compensated?
