Sunexpress Airlines Charged for 3rd Bag Despite Weight Limit Not Exceeded

On July 6, 2024, I flew from Zurich to Gaziantep with 1 adult and 1 child. Our baggage allowance was 1 piece of hand luggage (8kg) per person and 30kg to be checked in. I had three bags, and the total weight did not exceed 60kg, but during check-in, I was told that I could only take 1 suitcase per person and would have to pay for the 3rd bag.
I paid 80 francs for 1 bag. However, there is no such explanation on your website or on my ticket. We did not face this problem on our previous flights. As long as we do not exceed the weight limit, there should be no issue. If such a rule exists, it should be clearly stated. Therefore, I request a refund for the money I paid due to being treated unfairly.
