My Flight with SunExpress XQ 714 was Delayed for 12 Hours



On July 23, 2024, I was supposed to fly from Ankara-Esenboğa Airport to Munich on SunExpress flight XQ 714 (PNR no: WT863L) at 08:00 AM, but the flight was delayed, and we finally departed at 20:00 PM, landing in Munich at 23:30 PM. Despite this long delay, we did not lodge any complaints, as we just wanted to reach Munich. However, upon arrival, no passenger was able to receive their baggage. We were informed about the situation only after an hour, thanks to the efforts of another passenger.
When we went to collect our luggage, the airport staff refused to hand it over. Although I saw my luggage, I couldn't retrieve it despite my efforts. There was no one at the lost baggage office to assist us, and no authority helped us at all. We created a record for our luggage through the AHS system, which indicates that our bags are in the delivery process. However, customer service cannot explain where exactly the cargo is. Please deliver our luggage immediately. I am eager to get my bags back as they contain items of great importance to me, including medication I need for my health.
