I’m very disappointed with SunExpress for rescheduling all morning flights between Spain and Portugal, including the one booked under passenger name G***** S***. Our original itinerary allowed for one full day in Barcelona, but the sudden change pushed our flight departure 4 hours later—completely ruining our carefully planned tour schedule.
Every hour mattered on this short trip, and now we can barely experience the city at all. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a major loss of time, money, and opportunity. What’s worse is that this new timing isn’t just for one day—it will continue for weeks, if not months, affecting hundreds of travelers.
We planned this trip months in advance, and the abrupt schedule change has severely disrupted everything. If an airline commits to a flight time, passengers should be able to rely on it. These changes, made without sufficient warning or compensation, show a lack of accountability and customer care.
I urge SunExpress to reconsider and restore the early morning departure times—especially for the June 6th flight and others affected in the coming weeks. Don’t let more passengers go through the same disappointment. Please fix this before even more people are let down.
