Damaged Luggage on Sunexpress Flight. I Demand Full Compensation



During my flight from Stuttgart to Ankara on 08/07/2024, I unfortunately experienced some damage to my luggage. The pull handle and wheel were broken. The airport staff provided little assistance and claimed that Sunexpress was not accountable, advising me to handle the matter independently. When I brought up the problem, I was given no help and was told to resolve it on my own. I kindly ask for either compensation or a replacement for my luggage, which unfortunately was damaged. It is frustrating when my luggage is damaged and I am left to handle the situation by myself.
