How to Contact Sugo Support and Request a Review of False Violations

I actively broadcast as a host on the Sugo voice chat party app using my account with ID 154690782. On October 26, I received warning messages four times, and on October 28, I received a message saying “your account will be closed.” Even though I follow the rules during my streams, I keep getting violation warnings unfairly. Especially when the topic of gifts comes up while chatting with my supporters, I am fully compliant with the rules, yet I’m victimized by intentional reports from certain users.

These violation notices have repeated in every stream I’ve started since October 26. I tried multiple times to contact live support through the app, but I haven’t received any solution or response. I do not violate any rules in my broadcasts, but I am being victimized by reports from powerful accounts, and this is seriously bothering me. Although I have not suffered a financial loss, these unjust warnings are hurting my motivation.

What I expect from Sugo management is a detailed review of all violation warnings on my account and the removal of those that are unjust. I also request that the review process be conducted more fairly and transparently.
