If anything goes south for the buyer, StubHub bends over backward to make them happy, they get a full refund or new tickets, no questions asked. Meanwhile, us sellers? We're left holding the bag with a fat fee to pay. Take this one buyer, for instance. They snagged tickets from me for a concert, and I'm pretty darn sure they got in just fine. But, oh no, a couple of photos later and StubHub decides they're in the right, and poof, there goes all my hard-earned cash. After that mess, you can bet your bottom dollar I never touched StubHub again. But hey, I'm spreading the word far and wide so folks know what they're getting into. It's the least I can do to save someone else from the same headache! It's a total nightmare selling on StubHub.
