StubHub Sold Me A Spot At An Abandoned Lot Far From Concert Venue

I felt completely ripped off thanks to StubHub, following the purchase of tickets through their platform, was given parking options which was in an empty lot a long way from the venue. Once I got there, I was even more annoyed when I saw that the parking spot was not only too far away, but also in a strange and empty area. Even though we drove around the block several times looking for the lot, they couldn't find it. We finally found the lot after a lot of wasted time and effort, only to find that it was completely alone and not safe. making the long walk back to the venue was tiring, by the time we got to the venue, we were more frustrated than excited or looking forward to the event, I expect all of my transactions to be clear, accurate, and easy. In this case, none of those expectations were met.
