The concert tickets I bought were supposed to be practically next to the stage according to your website? Yeah, about that...nope. I'm at the venue, super pumped, ready to get close to the action. I find my section, excited to see the killer view I paid for, say my seats were nowhere near the stage! Like, seriously far away. spent the whole concert squinting and straining to see the performers, basically just blurry figures on stage. My dream concert experience turned into a frustrating night of bad eyesight gymnastics, disappointed doesn't even cut it. Thanks to their proudly advertised Fan Protection Guarantee thing, figured they'd have my back, but after explaining everything, all I got was a "nope, everything's fine" reply. So, now I can PROUDLY SAY my experience was nowhere close to what I paid for! trusted StubHub to deliver. Instead, I got stuck with seats that were a total rip-off.

50 If anything goes south for the buyer, StubHub bends over backward to make them happy, they get a full refund or new tickets, no questions asked. Meanwhile, us sellers? We're left holding the bag with a fat fee to pay. Take this one buyer, for instance. They snagged tickets from me for a concert, and...
