They say they “bridge the gap between the consumer experience and the world of “non-refundable” events” well really what happened to the concert ticket I bought last week? Where is its refund? We were stuck on the road due to an accident and sent all the related photos and documents about that yet they told us it was stillpossiblet to get there in time?? When we asked why not the answer was more like they provide coverage forunforeseenn situations. Sorry for not having a mystical eye that could foresee the future and see the road being blocked!! Don’t be ridiculous and give us our refund!!! I’ll never use your services for sure but don’t blow this one either!!
