With the expectation of a dependable and trouble-free transaction, I bought tickets to a much-anticipated performance through StubHub, got login errors every time I tried to access my account and see where my order was in the process. The system kept rejecting my attempts to authenticate my account, even though I entered my email and password correctly. No matter how many times I tried to reset my password, still couldn't get into my account. Irritated, frustrated, and unable to manage my tickets properly because of this login problem. felt disconnected from my purchase.
