Stradivarius is delaying me from getting paid back

The company Stradivarius informed me via e-mail on November 28 that they had received and processed my return, and that I would be refunded within the next two weeks. But I've been waiting almost a month, and I still haven't gotten my money back! Despite my best efforts, I have not yet received my refund, and I very much need it. There is a number for customer service, but no one ever answers. Regarding the matter, I have sent a number of emails, but I have not received a response. Please don't keep me waiting and just tell me the truth.
