I Report Stradivarius for Delayed Refund After Order Cancellation

I placed an order (503******77) on Stradivarius online store for a denim bag and a skirt. On the same day, before the items were shipped, I canceled my order. However, although 16 days have already passed, my refund of approximately ₺5,470 has still not been returned to my bank card.

During the same period, I made another return with Stradivarius and that refund was processed immediately. But for this order, every time I contacted customer service, I only received copy-paste responses such as “wait 14 days, then contact your bank.” I clearly explained that the issue is not related to my bank, but my concerns were ignored and dismissed without any real solution.

It has now been more than 16 days since I canceled this order, and my refund is still pending. I demand that Stradivarius urgently resolves this issue and immediately processes the refund to my account.
