Stradivarius Delivered My Order Late With Missing and Damaged Items
I placed an order with Stradivarius on November 28th, looking forward to a seamless shopping experience. Unfortunately, my order arrived two weeks late, and to add to the frustration, several items were missing, and one jumper came damaged. I quickly attempted to get in touch with their customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone through the channels they provided. Despite several attempts, I have yet to receive any assistance or updates about my missing and defective items. I feel overlooked as a customer due to the absence of communication. If Stradivarius does not address this issue quickly, I am ready to pursue additional steps to safeguard my rights as a consumer. I anticipated a higher level of service from such a reputable brand and look forward to them resolving this issue promptly.
